CONNEX TO LEARNING THROUGH PERSONALISED PROGRAMS, CATERED TO YOUR CHILD'S NEEDS.
One to one educational support has made a big difference for many of our clients, and is customised to the individual's needs in a holistic manner.
Homeschooling parents find this support beneficial when they need that extra bit of specialised help with their child's learning needs.
CONNEX SUPPORT FOR INCLUSION
Carer Connex believes all people have a right to inclusion and that it is important for good mental health and positive community participation outcomes.

Social Thinking Skills Programs are available , helping the individual to navigate the hidden rules and complexities of social interaction.
Carer Connex also supports parents in advocating at school for their child's entitled adjustments to access the school curriculum in a positive environment.
We support you with best practice in adjustments and educational knowledge in line with the Disability Standards of Education Act 2005. First hand teaching experience in the classroom and catering for students with special needs helps us provide practical solutions for the school.
CONNEX THROUGH PARENT SUPPORT GROUPS
Frequently many parents put themselves last in order to meet their child's needs and are near emotional burnout and can feel isolated. This service provides essential support in survival strategies and the well being of the parent.
Collaborating with trained counsellors and professionals in this area we pride ourselves on our practical support groups and network.

CONNEX REPORTS TO PRE PLANNING FOR NDIS APPLICATIONS
Carer Connex can help interpret the details of your specialist reports and make them relevant to your NDIS application. Having had first hand experience in the application process, we are equipped to support you and direct you to the right places to get the best outcomes for your NDIS application.
CONNEX WITH LIFE'S TRANSITIONS
This service exists to support making life transitions easier and minimising the stress of the process as we walk alongside you through this journey.
We can assist with school placement, life skills, travel training and preparing for employment, whilst collaborating with other services.
CONNEX YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF SPECIALIST REPORTS TO PLANS OF ACTION
Frequently utilised by many of our parents to help understand the meaning of the assessment reports and recommendations.
This service is essential to the success of using the right Allied Health Professionals to support your child's development.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND INSERVICING: MAKING CONNEX-TION BETWEEN THEORY AND PRACTICE
We are currently developing this service in line with new NESA Teacher Accreditation process for recognised professional development hours in the area of Special Needs and the classroom.
